The majority of these projects have been constructed for repeat clients. These clients are both nationally-based, as well as local. The geographical region in which these projects were built is from California to Illinois to Florida. Within the commercial construction arena, Rentenbach has a diverse portfolio ranging from branch banks to corporate financial headquarters. Rentenbach has consistently ranked among the top national retail contractors by providing construction services on regional malls, national retail chains, and specialty shopping.
Our hospitality resume includes such award winning projects as the historic Holly Inn in Pinehurst, North Carolina, The Inn at Christmas Place in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and The Grand Bohemian Hotel in Asheville, North Carolina.
The delivery method used to complete these successful projects includes construction management, competitive bid, construction manager agent, and design/build. Delivery of successful commercial projects often depends on short schedules, phasing, and owner-occupied renovations.
