Rentenbach is pleased to announce the award of the renovation of the Belk Store #694 Men’s and Women’s departments located at the Hamilton Place Mall, in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The project consists of extensive interior renovations and exterior utility modifications.  Specifically, the Men’s and Women’s Stores, through a combined total of 13 phases, will be completely upgraded with new floor and wall finishes and interior wall layouts with new space configurations. 

 

The Men’s Store’s escalator will be completely removed and replaced with new metal joists and flooring.  The Men’s Store restrooms and accompanying utility lines will also be relocated.  The Women’s Store Junior’s department will receive a contemporary layout with new floor and wall finishes and a state of the art A/V system.
