Rentenbach is pleased to announce an award for a design/build project for Speedway Motorsports, Inc. at the Texas Motor Speedway in Justin, Texas. The project entails the construction of a 20,000 SF warehouse facility and includes associated site work. The design partner for this project is Alliance Architects of Dallas, Texas.  Construction is scheduled to begin in June 2010 with completion scheduled for November 2010. 

This is the second project that Rentenbach has performed for Speedway Motorsports, Inc. at Texas Motor Speedway.  These projects are in addition to our total construction program at the Bristol Motor Speedway from 1996 to 2006 and the rebuild of Atlanta Motor Speedway in 2008 after the devastation of a hurricane spawned tornado.
